FAQ
Do you travel? What are your travel fees?
Yes! I am thrilled to offer wedding services all over the PNW and beyond. For
weddings outside of the Hood River area, we add travel fees onto your wedding
package and a hotel stay if needed.
Once we have the details of your day-like coverage length, desired add-ons, and
wedding location-we can build a custom wedding package and provide you with
an official price for services.
How many photos will we receive?
On average, I deliver about 75 images per hour of photo coverage.
How long does it take to get our photos?
While editing times can vary, most galleries are delivered within 60 days. Plus, you'll get sneak peeks within 72 hours to enjoy and share with family and friends while you wait.
Are any physical photo prints included?
Each wedding package includes a print credit you can use toward professional prints, wall art, or an heirloom album ordered through your online gallery. I’m here to help guide you through album design and print options whenever you’re ready.
What kind of equipment do you use?
I photograph weddings using professional, top-of-the-line Canon equipment and always carry two camera bodies, leading with the Canon R5 Mark II. I also bring on-camera flash, and always keep additional off-camera lighting nearby to meet any lighting situation with ease.
While I prioritize natural light whenever possible to keep your images true to how your day felt, I’m fully prepared for whatever your wedding day bring!.
What kind of experience do you have?
I’ve been a photographer since 2020 and take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give each couple my full attention.
The images you see throughout my website are updated regularly and reflect real, recent weddings, from intimate backyard celebrations to repurposed greenhouse venues and ballroom Walima wedding banquets!
Do I Need A Second Shooter?
No, I am ready to provide you with a full and meaningful wedding gallery without
a second shooter.
However, if you want photos of the groom's reaction as the bride walks down the aisle AND the teary eyes of family in the audience, then you're going to want a second shooter to help capture all the emotions of the day from every angle. I am happy to provide the right coverage and add-on recommendations during our consult call.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! In order to reserve your date, we require a retainer payment of 20% of your
total photography costs. You can break your remaining balance into installments,
with payment due in full by your wedding day. Your photos will remain safely
stored until the balance is paid, and editing will begin once your full payment is
received.
What if it rains?
I'm fully prepared for all weather! I'll help you adapt and still get amazing photos,
whether that's moving indoors, finding covered spots, or embracing the rain for
some dramatic shots.
